Give your home’s exterior some love with V33 Extreme Protection Woodstain
We don’t need to be psychology experts to know that when our home looks good it can contribute to a sense of wellbeing.
This is the time to make sure the garden and our home’s exterior look their best, so that we can enjoy our home fully through the summer months. Part of this picture is external woodwork that should not only be as easy on the eye as that inside the home, but must also be properly protected long-term.
Areas such as outdoor cladding, window frames, doors, garden buildings or other vertical wood surfaces such as pergolas must be properly protected from sun and rain for the coming year and beyond. V33 Extreme Protection Woodstain is guaranteed for an unrivalled 12 years. In addition, its formula is so tough that only two coats are normally required, compared to three for standard equivalents.
V33 Extreme Protection Woodstain’s longevity and toughness make it a great choice in terms of reducing costs, since it will protect timber from the elements for far longer than other similar products. In addition, the finish it imparts to wood is natural and translucent, enhancing the look of exterior woodwork to a professional finish. It’s ideal for anyone wanting to make sure external woodwork is shielded from the worst weather for as long as possible whilst also being attractively enhanced.
Specialist ‘Aquaresist’ technology ensures the woodstain’s waterproofing effect, and its high- performance formulation shields timber securely from the effects of repeated exposure to sunlight, which can damage it. Applying the woodstain creates a barrier, protecting it from water and the sun. It has high resistance to broad temperature variations. It is suitable for most types of European and exotic woods, new or old, and can be applied on top of most old woodstains. Easy to apply, the woodstain is suitable for novice DIYers to use.
If you also have a certain colour tone in mind for your external woodwork, then woodstain can help you achieve it. V33 Extreme Protection Woodstain is available in Light Oak, Dark Oak, Mahogany, Teak and Clear options. It is available from B&Q, Screwfix and Amazon. A 2.5L size tin affords approximately 15 sq.m of coverage in two coats.
V33 is a brand that is established and well recognised throughout Europe, meaning it can be relied upon for high quality, long-lasting tough finishes that deliver on their promises.
